It's been 10 days since last real workout... had only 5hrs sleep in last two nights, eating bad, including bread & desserts. Been slipping since Christmas. Today's run/walk was very short and i feel winded. Gotta get back into it!
0300 - marble taro bun
0600 - nonfat chai tea latte
1000 - oatmeal+
1400 - hibernation
1700 - 2mile run/walk downtown SAN
1900 - deli chicken, spinach & veggie wrap, baby carrots, peppermint tea
